Meet the Cast

R BRODIE PERRY* (Jean Valjean)

Brodie's professional career began in Opera, when he was invited to join the Utah Festival Opera Company. He spent five seasons with UFO along with the Utah State Opera Theater Company. His favorite roles include Jean Valjean in Les Misérables, Percy/The Scarlet Pimpernel in The Scarlet Pimpernel, Chris in Miss Saigon and Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors. Brodie is a proud member of Actor’s Equity Association. He also is an Advanced Voice Instructor for the Institute for Vocal Advancement (IVA) and teaches private voice full time. He musical directs for various community theater companies, teaches workshops in vocal performance and theater arts, has a youth performing company and is the choir director at his church. Brodie wishes to thank his wife, Kerry, and daughter, Aria, for supporting him in living his dreams. A big thank you goes to Signature Productions for this opportunity.

This is Michael’s second show with Signature Productions, and he is honored and blessed to be back on stage with such a wonderful company. Previous roles include Seymour (Little Shop of Horrors) with Signature Productions, Nicely-Nicely (Guys and Dolls), Danny (Grease), Henrick (A Little Night Music), and the title role(s) in Jekyll and Hyde. For four years Michael traveled all over the world as a lead singer on board Holland America Cruise Lines. Today, Michael works as the director of Broadway Bound – the highly celebrated youth theater company in Las Vegas. Directorial credits include Into The Woods, The Wizard of Oz, Bye, Bye Birdie!, Little Women, Hello, Dolly!, and The Sound of Music.

KIRSTIN MAKI (Fantine, Ensemble)

Kirstin is thrilled to make her Signature debut with such an incredible cast and crew. Favorite Las Vegas credits include Vivienne (Legally Blonde), Natalie (Next to Normal), Sister Mary Leo (Nunsense), Marta (Company), Bernstein (November), and Puck (Midsummer Night’s Dream). Regional credits include Oregon Festival of American Music and the 5th Avenue Theater. Love and thanks to her amazing family, friends, her incredible fiancé Cory and their two crazy pups.

LOU DEMEIS (Thénardier)

Lou has been in “The Biz”, professionally, since shortly after the Jurassic Age and a member of SAG/AFTRA since the early 1900’s. Not overly fond of bio’s, here is a short rundown of some of his work. He has toured the country and beyond working in various rock, funk & soul bands; has done massive amounts of legit & musical theater (Billy Flynn, El Gallo, Nathan Detroit, Dracula & Judas, to name a few roles); worked with Barry Manilow for an extended time; sung background for Streisand; done TV & film; knows the legendary Maestro, William Fayne, personally and has a devastating ambidextrous hook shot in basketball! for more stuff!

JOY DEMAIN (Madame Thénardier)

Joy is truly honored to be a part of this magnificent show. Joy loves to sing and paint, be with her Peachie and four dogs, spend time with her family and friends, and be retired from teaching high school for forty years. Favorite roles include Fanny Brice in Funny Girl, Mimi Schwinn in A New Brain, Golde in Fiddler on the Roof, and Joy in Showtune.


Jacqueline is delighted to return to the Signature stage. Cosette has long been a dream role along with working under such an amazing creative team. Jacqueline was last seen out at Spring Mountain Ranch in P.S. Productions Legally Blonde. Some of her credits also include Tuptim (The King and I), Catherine (Pippin), Ruth (Thoroughly Modern Millie), and Mrs. Simpson (The Who’s Tommy). She sends all her love to her incredibly supportive husband, Jeff; Noah Lee, for letting mommy play; her “awkwards”, and her precious friends and family. XXOO


Anthony is thrilled to be returning to Las Vegas to work with Signature and such a talented cast. Anthony was recently in a production of The Man Who Came to Dinner along side actors G.W.Bailey and Fred Willard. Anthony also performed as DJ Danny Dugan in Dreamland Drive-In at Dollywood in Tennessee. He attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in 2010 and studied improv with Second City and Upright Citizens Brigade while living in Los Angeles. Previous credits include: Henry (Next to Normal), Sparky (Forever Plaid), Matt (The Fantasticks), Sir Robin (Spamalot), and Tommy Ross (Carrie: The Musical). Special thanks to my wonderful family and friends for their support in all I do!


This is Jeff’s first appearance with Signature Productions and is thrilled to be joining such a talented cast! He is grateful to be back on stage after taking many years off while performing his greatest role of all time (father to four beautiful children). His most recent performance includes being part of the touring cast of Saturday’s Warrior/White Star playing the roles of Todd & Jubal. Jeff also has been seen in such roles as Joseph (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), Curly (Oklahoma), Japeth (The Ark), Linus (You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown) and many others. He has been a recording artist and is looking forward to delving back into that part of his performing career!


Michele has not been a part of Signature Productions since 2007 when she performed as an Indian and Mermaid in Peter Pan! She is so grateful to be back and to be part of such a life-changing show. Michele was born and raised in Las Vegas. She graduated from BYU where she performed with the BYU Young Ambassadors, touring the Southern States, Cuba, and South Africa. Her favorite roles include Bet (Oliver), Sam (The Hanging of El Bandito), Winnie Tate (Annie Get Your Gun), Lila (Bandito Returns) and Polly (Crazy for You). Michele now teaches at Hollywood Kids Academy and is a private vocal instructor Thanks to family and friends for all your love and support. A special shout out to Joe, my hott husband, for making my big dreams come true and supporting my little ones! ilym

WILL HALEY (Gavroche)

Will is over the moon to be part of his first Signature Productions musical and fulfilling his dream of being Gavroche. He is also excited to share the stage again with his brother Ken. Besides Gavroche, his favorite roles include Bigsby in the Believe in the Magic Show at Fashion Show Mall, Winthrop in Huntsman Entertainment’s The Music Man, Charlie in LVLT’s Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Lyncoya in Table 8 Production’s Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, Avery in LVSC’s Charlotte’s Web, Fluff Duckling in Rainbow Company’s Honk!, Little John in The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood, and the Children’s Choir in Stage Door’s Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. He would like to thank the talented cast and Phil for a wonderful learning experience and his Mom and Dad for all the support and rides.

ALEX CHENEY (Bishop of Digne)

Alex is thrilled to be back on the Signature stage. Originally from Virginia, Alex holds a Bachelor of Music degree from James Madison University. His favorite onstage roles include Captain von Trapp in The Sound of Music, Georg Nowack in She Loves Me, and Papageno in Die Zauberflöte. Alex has also performed with Louise Mandrell, been a dancer in Jubilee! at Bally’s Las Vegas, and has been to all seven continents while a cast member and Production Manager with Stiletto Entertainment and Holland America Line. Alex also proudly serves as the music director for Broadway Bound. In his other life, Alex works in Corporate HR with Caesars Entertainment.

KEN HALEY (Street Urchin, u/s Gavroche)

Ken is so excited for his first performance with Signature Productions and for sharing the stage once again with his brother Will. He is eleven years old and currently the President at Lummis Elementary. You may have seen him as Bigsby in the Believe in the Magic Show at Fashion Show Mall or Leroy in LVLT’s Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Other favorite roles include Robin Hood in The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood, the Bat in LVSC’s Charlotte’s Web, and Squadron and Froglet in Rainbow Company’s Honk!. He was also in the most recent Mountain’s Edge commercial. He would like to thank Phil for this opportunity as well as the talented cast and his Mom and Dad for all their support.

STEVE MCMILLAN (Babet, Foreman, Ensemble)

Steve is thrilled to be performing with Signature Productions again after having played Harold Hill in The Music Man, Jeff in Brigadoon, Jim Haller in All Shook Up, and Sky Masterson in Guys & Dolls. Other credits include: Professor Callahan (Legally Blonde, The Musical), Man in Chair (The Drowsy Chaperone), Everett Baker (Crazy for You), Duke (Big River), Napthali (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), Gangster (Kiss Me Kate), and Ali Hakim (Oklahoma). Thanks to everyone at Signature for another great opportunity.

SCOTT GIBSON-UEBELE (Feuilly, Fauchelevant)

A newcomer to the Signature family, Scott is a theatre performance graduate from Wisconsin’s Viterbo University. A trained vocalist and technician, Scott is hopeful that Vegas will be a great place to further develop his craft. Recent credits include, Marius in Les Misérables; Bud Frump in How to Succeed in Business; and Anthony in Sweeney Todd.

ISABELLA BAKER (Young Cosette, Young Éponine)

Isabella is elated to be cast in her dream role and in her first Signature Productions musical. Isabella has longed to play Young Cosette since first seeing Les Misérables on stage. Besides Young Cosette, her favorite roles include Little Mary in The Women, Lady Marian in The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood, Alice in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and Gretl in The Sound of Music. In addition to performing, Isabella enjoys playing soccer, singing, dancing and spending time with family and friends. She would like to thank director Philip Shelburne for allowing her this invaluable experience and her Mom and Dad for their love and support.

LILY WOLFE (Young Cosette, Young Éponine)

Lily Wolfe has been wanting to play Young Cosette for all 9 years of her life. She was singing and performing before she could even talk. She is an outgoing third grader and an exceptional student. She has played the roles of Annie in Annie Jr., Ancestor in Mulan Jr., and Narrator in Aladdin Jr. with the Hollywood Kids Academy. She is grateful for all the support from her parents and younger brothers as well as her fabulously supportive extended family and friends!

JOSHUA MELTZER (Brujon, Joly, Ensemble)

Josh is excited to be with Signature Productions for his first show out of college and in Nevada. He’s a lover of musical theatre and has enjoyed participating in school productions of Sweeney Todd, Cabaret, and Hairspray back in Minnesota and Maryland. He gives special thanks to his parents, who fostered a love of the arts in him from an early age.

ACE DANIELS (Jean Prouvaire, Claquesous)

Ace is thrilled to be in this performing company of Les Mis! Ace is a UNLV graduate with dual degrees in Theatre Arts and Business/Marketing. Past credits include: Tony (West Side Story), Roger (Grease), Felix Ungar (The Odd Couple), Lucentio (Taming of the Shrew), Jonathan Brewster (Arsenic and Old Lace), and others. Much gratitude to Phil and Signature for this dream opportunity. A special thanks to my family, friends, and colleagues for their encouragement and support. I love you, Monks!.

JORDAN SASSE (Courfeyrac)

Jordan is thrilled to have joined the Signature family this year. Les Misérables is Jordan’s first performance with Signature Productions and his first musical theatre performance since high school. He plays guitar and sings in a band, and is currently studying music business at CSN. You may see him performing weekly at Nora’s Cuisine, where he sings Rat-Pack covers with the house band. Jordan thanks Signature for the amazing opportunity. A special thanks goes out to his family and friends for their endless love and encouragement. KEVIN BLEUER (Grantaire)

Excited to be appearing with Signature for the first time, Kevin had a 10+ year hiatus from performing until he appeared in Inspiring Our World with MGM Resorts Int. in 2012, and was bitten by the bug… again. Before that, he saw the world as a Lead Singer/Dancer for Holland America, tap danced for Twyla Tharp in the movie I’ll Do Anything (yes, originally a musical), and appeared in the LA premier cast of Western Star by Dale Wasserman. Other credits: Jesus (Godspell), Master Page (Merry Wives of Windsor), Tybalt (Romeo & Juliet), Judas (Gospel Accord. to Judas Iscariot), Arab (West Side Story), as well as Anything Goes, 42nd ST, Pirates of Penzance, and others. Kevin would like to express his eternal love and gratitude to his beautiful wife Nancy, and his three amazing sons: Aidan, Liam, and Collin.

JORDAN MAZZOCATO (Bamatabois, Combefere, Ensemble)

Credits: Captain Hook (Peter Pan), Theodore Laurence III “Laurie” (Little Women), Emmett Forest (Legally Blonde), Leaf Coneybear (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee). He is currently studying as a Theatre Major at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) and plans to continue his college education in New York in the near future. Jordan would like to thank Lynn Fitzpatrick, Erik & Emily Ball, Chris Harper, Christian Escobar, Doug Baker, Shauna Oblad, the entire cast and crew of Les Misérables, his family, and his Lord and Savior. Jennifer is excited to be back on stage, especially for Les Misérables! Thank you, Signature! Suzanne is making her debut with Signature Productions in Les Misérables and couldn’t be more thrilled. She is a sophomore at Palo Verde High School and has loved singing and performing ever since she was little. Some of her favorite roles include Dorothy (Wizard of Oz), Beth (Little Women), Irene Molloy (Hello Dolly) and Baroness Schraeder (Sound of Music), all with Broadway Bound theater company. She would like to thank everyone at Signature Productions for giving her this amazing opportunity. Special thanks to her favorite people: Michael Vojvodich, Alex Cheney and Jeffrey Skouson for their time and support in helping her get to this milestone in her life. And last but not least, a heart felt thanks to her family…the greatest family on earth. I love you!


Lynsey was most recently seen in Signature’s last production, Guys and Dolls, and is beyond excited to be back! She feels extremely lucky and honored to be a part of this extraordinary show and to share the stage with such a brilliantly talented cast and crew. This is a long awaited dream come true! Other credits include Crazy For You, Lil’ Abner, Into The Woods, and How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying. A huge THANK YOU to Phil, Shauna, Jeffrey and everyone at Signature Productions for allowing her this incredible experience and to her husband and four little kiddos for being her biggest fans and encouraging mommy to live her dream.


Originally from upstate New York, Karen has been passionately involved with musical theatre since her teen years. She has worked behind the scenes in Las Vegas with Broadway Bound, P.S. Productions, Las Vegas Little Theatre and Signature Productions over the past several years and is honored to be performing on stage in this highly-anticipated production. Previous on stage credits include Life is a Cabaret and A Little Theatre Christmas. Karen would like to thank her treasured family and friends for their support and encouragement.


Kris is so incredibly honored to be a part of this amazing show and so grateful to Signature Productions for providing a venue for regular folks like her to participate in such rewarding activities. She got the theater bug in her 30’s with a delightful part as Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast. After that she couldn’t stop. Other roles include, the Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods, Mrs. Cratchet in A Christmas Carol, ensemble rolls for White Christmas, Amahl and the Night Visitors, and a handful of directing projects including kids and youth theater camps. Kris would like to thank her lovely husband and five beautiful kids who so willingly make sacrifices so she can feed the habit and to God for opening her voice and giving her courage to just give it a go.


Celina is excited to be working with an amazing cast and crew to tell the story of Les Mis! She is currently a student at UNLV majoring in Theatre Studies. Her favorite roles include Mrs. Williams in This Is a Test, Rosalia in West Side Story and Sally Brown in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Shout out to my loving and supportive family and friends who always believed in me (Hugs and Kisses!). Special thanks to everyone at Signature for giving me this amazing opportunity!


Kaylyn is a Junior at Palo Verde High School and is excited to be part of Signature Productions. She has a passion for the violin which she has played for 13 years and loves performing with Zion’s Youth Symphony and Chorus. Kaylyn recently discovered her joy for singing and acting when she played the Queen in Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella and Juliet in Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. She is currently a news anchor for the children’s television show, Clubhouse News. Kaylyn is honored that Phil Shelburne gave her this opportunity to participate in Les Misérables and to be able to learn so much from the experienced cast members. She would like to thank her family for supporting her and her loving Dad for paying for all the music lessons through out the years.


Mary Beth could not be more excited to be living a life long dream of performing in Les Mis! Mary Beth is currently a History teacher at Our Lady of Las Vegas School and the director of their theatre program. Most recently she has been seen on the Signature stage in Christmas at the Movies, Guys and Dolls, and Camelot. Favorite roles include Mother Abbess in The Sound of Music and Lucy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Mary Beth would like to send a special shout out to her family and friends for their constant support and especially Elizabeth and Sarah for always believing in their mom.
