Youth Workshop
This workshop provides a chance for students to work 3 full days with Broadway performers and casting director Megan Larche. Whether you are pursuing a career in theatre or just want to hone your skills and work on what you got, these workshops are a great experience for anyone. The classes are triple threat focused for maximum learning in music, dance and theatre.
During the music workshops, participants will learn music from Broadway scores, sing solo's and perform their own material for the entire Take It From The Top team in an audition setting.
Dance workshops will focus on dance and choreography from Broadway musicals in many different styles.
Theatre classes will work on scenes from scripts, audition sides, and improv skills. We'll also talk about head shots, auditioning for professional theatre, and much more.
Showcase
The entire 3 day workshop will culminate in a final performance of the material learned and also the audition pieces participants worked on during the classes. Family and friends will be invited to attend this exciting live performance. We will also be posting video highlights of the week on Broadwayspace.com.
Adult Master Class
For performers ages 19 and up, this workshop brings artists from the community together to talk shop, audition for casting director Megan Larche and learn a dance combination from a Broadway show. This is your chance to get exposure and network with other professionals. An Actors Equity representative will also attend and speak about Unions and other work in the area.

WORKSHOP LOCATION
All sessions of the workshop (including the showcase) will be conducted at the
Summerlin Library Performing Arts Center
located at 1771 Inner Circle Drive in Summerlin.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
- Kids need to bring a sack lunch. Water will be provided.
- Please dress for movement, including dance shoes (jazz, dance sneakers or characters)
- Bring a Headshot and resume ( if they have one)
- Prepare a 32 measure audition song or dance (optional).
- Complete registration form
- MUST BRING LIABILITY WAIVER the first day of the workshop. (We will not allow any participation of any kind without it.) Waivers will be available for signing at the workshop should you forget to bring it with you. All transactions are non refundable.
Students will be supervised at all times.
Students will receive a T-shirt, a photo CD and 2 Complimentary Tickets to the workshop Shocase as part of their workshop experience.
